It is a sustained commitment that requires personal discipline, the same kind of discipline that is required to stay in shape and maintain your physical health.   1. I’ve taken up golf, am riding my bike, also playing disc golf and doing a lot of landscaping. For the first time in awhile I’m physically tired. Nice! Miss that hgh and the other recovery drugs. Ha! F-u FL!
